Congrats to Coach Mary for earning 3rd place overall female at the Mini Mussel! Other notable performances: Curt Eggers 1st place 50-54, Sarah Stanistreet 1st place 20-24, Kevin Walter 3rd place 40-44, Chris Leonardi, Kim Annon and Steve Tomek as well (reuslts not yet avaiable yet!!)

Congrats to Coach Mary Eggers for winning the Quakerman Triathlon! Amy Moritz capped off a grueling weekend which included the Rise for Roswell and her second triathlon also at the Quakerman! Chris Leonardi continued his build toward Muskoka 70.3 with his own strong performance there as well!

Curt Eggers won the Syracuse edition of the Tri America Series sprint race, Steve Tomek had a strong performance as well! Ironman Lake Placid team member Matt Kellman snuck in a long workout for the Tri America Long Course Race! Way to go gang!

Eagleman 70.3: Dennis Danella PR's by 19 minutes for 5:00! Kevin Chartrand battles through a 107 degree day for his finish! Mark Valleley from Ithcace loves the 107 and smiles thorugh his finfish!

CONGRATS TO COACH MARY EGGERS! This weekend Mary became only the second Rochester woman to break the 11:00 barrier in an Ironman! (The first was Heidi Grimm!) Mary set a personal best Ironman time with a 10:58.59 Ironman! Click on "writings" to read her awesome race report!

Congrats to Curt Eggers… who today won his long awaited ITU World Championship Medal. At the McDonald's ITU Long Course Duathlon World Championships Curt took second in his age group, earning him the Silver Medal he has always dreamt of! Great work Curty! Do you want fries with that? :-)
